The HOPEN2 program is a ministerial initiative aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare facilities in France.
Following on from the HOP'EN and SUN-ES programs, HOP'EN 2 focuses on the development of digital uses to improve patient care, simplify the lives of caregivers and streamline exchanges between town and hospital. Funding for this program amounts to 150 million euros for phase 1.
- Amplify the hospital's openness to the community and all its partners; in particular, by deploying core hospital services: National Health Identity, Mon Espace Santé and Secure Health Messaging.
- Support business process simplification projects that have an impact in terms of saving nursing time and optimizing patient care.
- Accompanying the digital transformation of healthcare establishments to support business and support services;
- Encourage the pooling of technical resources and application convergence, in line with regional and medical projects.
